Taglio del Tralcio Aglianico del Vulture

Woody, tannic, rich and full-bodied.

This should age more, but after an hour it really opened up nicely. Overwhelming tannins at first, but let it sit. Acidity comes through, and there is solid but not overly strident fruit. I'm happy to have 3 more to age a little while!
