👃 Florist shop, lilac, freshly cracked black pepper, black raisin, blackberry, black cherry; 👅 Under-ripe blackberry, ripe black cherry, fresh fig, prune; Soft tannins and drinking great, really developing in the glass.
Corked pulled for slow oxygenation ~6H.
Paired with a slow roasted beef roast from our favorite local farm (Kinderhook Farm; Valatie, NY).
