Nose is closed but gives up scents of blueberry strudel, stony gravel, violets. Medium bodied, but tightly coiled. A bit shy, but there’s a nice depth to the flavors, which are of dark berry and cassis, with a nice underlying minerality. Good but soft acids, and some very fine grained tannin. This will certainly develop nicely over the next few years.
