Huge nose of fresh Strawberry Jam upon opening. The front has an abundance of Red Berry flavour followed by a slight funk of loam in a wood box, with peak of acidity in back of throat you get violet and vanilla. The balance of this wine is on a fine line as acidity shadows all layers.
Great with fatty meats. Cheers!🍷
