Young and vital with a delicious, focussed acid line. Less of the sweeter floral notes of previous vintages - they're there but toned down. Great food wine right now. Likely to cellar well and open up a whole lot more. Wow, that acid.

Ravensworth Riesling. Crisp and fresh. Zesty fruit, minerals, strong acid backbone. It's good. Really good.
