As others have said...this shit is ridiculous. Very Chablis-like, but seriously hedonistic. Chablis in ibiza. Attenuated nose, but palate fires on all cylinders, clamshell, salinity, quinine bitterness, brilliantly textured, mouthwatering finish... pure pleasure. #raulperez
