Pungent nose of dried figs, orange rind, and Italian plums, with hints of sage, eucalyptus, and menthol. Begins with red plums, blackberries, and pepper complimented with fresh herbs. Mid palate of ripe apples and June strawberries, subtle orang-rind, and finishing with medium length of Kalamata olives, ripe red spicy peppers, and wet, black slate.
