A perfume-y nose of sour cherries, strawberry-rhubarb, sage, eucalyptus, summer pine needles, and fresh mushrooms, giving way to a buxom and juicy wine of bright red cherries, currants, orange rind, and gooseberries. She mellows to red plums and brown pears, finishing with wet river stones, meadow soils, conditioned new leather, and a lasting impression of ripe green apples that will be sure to to tempt you in future openings.
