It’s a good wine, but I found it too cloyingly sweet, tropical and boozy. Had it with braised chicken thighs, red Swiss chard and rainbow carrots.
Update: much better on day 2. Just needed a lot of air to offset the initial sweetness and alc. Upped my rating.

Really such an amazing, tight Burgundy blanc, with surprising and pronounced notes of almond on the nose and palate!
