It’s a good wine, but I found it too cloyingly sweet, tropical and boozy. Had it with braised chicken thighs, red Swiss chard and rainbow carrots.

Update: much better on day 2. Just needed a lot of air to offset the initial sweetness and alc. Upped my rating.
