Lemongrass, kaffir, cream, autolysis. Protein-dense, restrained mousse. Vinous and long. Almost entirely '10, but a NV priced cheaper than Veuve. Incredible!

An oxidative style, dense and autolytic, lemon curd and what I could swear is chocolate mint. This reminds me of some mid-90’s Corton Charlemagne with bubbles.
