Sipping Fine Wine

Fruit sourced 69% Martinelli Charles Ranch Vineyard & 31% Platt Vineyard, both vineyards have cooler climates, aromas of concentrated stone and tropical fruits, with some floral notes. The palate shows crisp apple and peaches with delicate minerality. The finish shows some toasty tones and spice from the oak aging. The wine was well balanced with lively acidity adding weight and richness to the lingering finish.

Father's Day w/o Ramey? Nope. Ramey has become a staple for all major holidays. Super tasty.

Good not great. Caramelized lime. Medium body. Decidedly not an oak/butter bomb. +1 point for high acid and stellar performance with spicy Asian food.

I don’t typically go for Chards, but this is fantastic. Lemon, apple, a little butter...and almost has a near-effervescent mouthfeel. I could drink a lot of this.
