Drinking the 2006 vintage on Jan. 1, 2020. Still has life but is somewhat astringent on the finish. A good vintage but not great.

finally getting to sipping this. nice pleasant fruity nose, dry finish with lite vanilla oaky notes

Interesting, a little hot and definitely got some funk. After decanting and letting it sit, cassis and complexity shines through.
