Rich, layered, with telltale burnt butter, hazelnut and apple tart. Perfect drinking age. V long finish. A top drawer Chardonnay.

Honeydew melon, pear, citrus. Faintest hunk of vanilla and oak. Good nightcap wine with Clint.

"Fresh layers of green apple and pear are accented by a creamy richness due to sur lie aging". Definitely creamy and smooth on the pallet. Yum!

One of the best Californian Chardonnays I think I have ever had. Balanced fruit and oak with a medium butteriness that gives it the just the right level of everything I want.

Strange smell when I first opened the bottle, but it was fine after recorking it and opening it again the next day. The flavor wasn’t my favorite either, but I was able to drink it. This was one of two chards I bought at Costco and I preferred the other one.
