Lemon, orange, lime, green apple, started better than it ended. Was a bit pithy at the end and lost complexity.

Nov 13th, 2022Beautifully balanced. So elegant. Would love to taste the single vineyard wines, but this is a subtle, soft textured wine.

Nov 17th, 2021Excited to try this new one from Justin Willet and Etienne de Montille. Mildly reduced nose with hints of straw, fresh apple and oak. Mineral and lemon drive the palate, with orchard fruits. Ginger, tart pineapple, and cinnamon too. Somewhat racy. A little one dimensional but that’s nit picking. Reminds me of good Cote Chalonnaise.
