Bright lemon yellow on the eye. Herbaceous and florally with slight toasty grapefruit-ness on the nose with a ping of saltiness. On the palate it's super fresh & delicate. It has an interesting 'I taste like candyfloss but I'm dry' personality. Balanced acidity and pretty easy to down far too quickly. A great aperitif or it would go nicely with an antipasto

Bowen Home - very subtle full of flavor and minerals. Nice balance of fruits and citrus as well.
