Not sure what I am missing given the lower ratings but this after three nights is still excellent. And the quality to price ratio is really really high.

Aperitif into veggie fritters of garden carrot, zucchini, ricotta and Berbere spice mix.
Pale yellow. Enough oak to smell it, but not intrusive. So nose = creamy caramel, pear, vanilla. Fresh aromas of Cortland apple, vaguely floral, good acidity in the mouth.
Half bottle format seems perfect size for cooking and into a meal.

Subtle oak. Smooth and slightly crisp. Worked well with a butternut soup, a light salad and chicken.

Unctuous, creamy and dryly honeyed. Nice rich mouthfeel, if a little heavy handed.

v19. Nice wine. Soft vanilla nose. Creamy, apple and pear fruit. Bright, round, zippy, soft mineral and oak finish.
