Non-traditional pairing with chorizo mussels. Excellent, and oh so early for this wine. Lots of depth and character here.

I want to like this more than I am enjoying it
Grapefruit, salinity, straw, some honey & nuts (almond skins) in the far background, med + acid. The fruit is perfectly ripe, leaner body than expected, acid driven. I love Roussanne, and was expecting a more rich experience.
