Quinta do Tedo
LBV Porto
Quite a nice ruby. Lots of blackberry and hot spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla dominate with a low acidity but syrupy balsamic mouthfeel.

Oct 29th, 202220% alc.
Sourced from the 14 hectare estate (classified "A") and aged 5 years in oak puncheons.
Nice and quaffable "everyday" port but it fails to excite.
Should improve with some air and knowing myself this will sit in my fridge for a couple of months so will probably gain a point or two by then...

Lots of depth. Thoroughly enjoyed sipping late evenings with dark chocolate. And aptly named.
