One of the rarest ports in the world. A pleasure to taste this flight. In terms of sheer awesomeness the 63 beat them all, but that 31 was a timepiece.

By all rights an amazing wine but basically 63 lite in some ways!

1962 vintage. Decanted and tasted immediately and over the course of two hours. As with all of these older vintage port corks, a Durand is a helpful "suggestion" but a funnel with a fine filtering screen is essential. Wowzers. Plenty grippy on the back end and drinking as if awakened from a nap-guilty as charged. Needs another 15 years to “let it go.” Remarkable complexity. Holy bleep. Thanksgiving 11.23.23.
