Dark, rich, spicy, a bit musky - great depth, not overly sweet, with some black yunnan hints. Rich, a touch savoury, surprisingly bright.
Plush & velvety on the palate, chocolate’y with black cherry, kirsch, a pinch of exotic spice. Nice tannic profile, a bit rustic yet, so juicy & rich.
Love the savoury character here and the fresh acidity. A nice one.
