‘Best Buy’ according to Wine Enthusiast Mag. Dark color. Nose has lightest hint of marijuana. It also smells like stewed fruits. Flavors are dry, chewy and nice. Hints of star anise and all spice meet a lovely forest. Fruit flavors aren’t prominent, more savory with vermouth stuff. This is a Frenchie vacationing in Portugal. Has a Boudreaux vibe. It’s interesting and like-able.

Cherries, plums, and a bit of forest floor on the nose. Palate is ripe blackberries, cherries, with a bit of bitter chocolate. Medium aciditu and soft, silky tannins.

Juicy and no frills. I like it.
