Hints of star anise and all spice meet a lovely forest. Fruit flavors aren’t prominent, more savory with vermouth stuff. This is a Frenchie vacationing in Portugal. Has a Boudreaux vibe. It’s interesting and like-able.

Cherries, plums, and a bit of forest floor on the nose. Palate is ripe blackberries, cherries, with a bit of bitter chocolate. Medium aciditu and soft, silky tannins.
Juicy and no frills. I like it.
