Super savory. Lots of lees notes with a salty minerality. Slight stone fruit finish. Delicious.

En nariz un poco de sulfuroso , en boca no muy agradable con un poco de amargor.

Single vineyard from the obscure Dona Blanca variety. Clear medium yellow with a distinct sea breeze aroma. Light citrus with a distinct bitter almond note on the finish. Light, crisp and low in acidity. Nicely done!

Very interesting vino. Heavy char? Or smoke? Or something. Obviously I am a wine expert;) Either way, very tasty.

Rich, bright, stony nose with notes of slate, white flower a touch of herb. Rich, bright and viscous on the palate. Creamy notes of white flower, dried mango and stone lead to piercing fresh acidity with just a hint of oxidation. More time open is just going to make this better.

A touch of barnyard initially, followed by straw, baked apple. Dry, with more baked apple and pear flavors, tons of mineral character, very long, delicious.

Rich and unctuous. The finish is a bit cloying.

Excellent Spanish white showing some nice bottle age richness and bright acidity. Great stuff.
