opaque, ruby violet; blackberry, dark chocolate, licorice, violets; concentrated fruit bomb, dark fruit, medium acidity, medium tannin, a bit hot, 15.2% ABV; made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 100% new French oak, only free run juice used; very primary, at this point disappointing for $200, Parker scored 100

Annual Man Cave dinner. 80+ wines accompanied by zebra, oryx, buffalo, bison and any other African meat you can imagine.

My first time with this wine. It surprised me with how open it was. Very ripe and sweet fruit (red, black and blue) with some coconut/dill that I normally get with American oak wines. Finish showed more licorice, baked fruit pie and nutmeg. Impressed for the price point!

This wine is always such a good value for the money. Rich, smooth, complex, love the 1% malbec on this one, adds a nice little kick on the end. Delicious.

What a nice surprise, was not expecting much from a "Red Wine" bmend, but it is 76% CS, and 20% Merlot. 15.2 ABV. Bright dried cherries, Indian and Christmas spices, and stone.
Thanks to my friends on Delectable for bringing this OR winery to my attention. 9.2
