Okanagan Valley Chardonnay

I’m not a huge fan of oakey Chardonnay but this one’s butterscotch notes really spoke to me. Lots of apple and toast flavors too.

Great nose of apple, apricot, creamy, mouth, light crisp, well balanced acidity.

Opens with nose of fresh churned butter & lemon. Upon first taste, surprised by its sting of citrus leaning towards grapefruit & cleanse of sustained limestone minerality. At this point, I checked the label again to insure its said Chardonnay as Sav Blanc & Viognier was there. It opens up becoming more floral, orange zest but maintains minerality cleanse. Medium body, little oak delicious-“Chablis”! Paired with pan seared chicken breast creamed sundried tomato sauce & gnocchi💥

British Columbian Chardonnay with notes of melon and slightly bitter finis, served with Greek lemon soup(LCBO)

Citrusy Chardonnay!!! Easy drinking & crisper than most Chardonnays. Just a touch of oak.

Smooth and creamy. Very nice wine

2015 batch: 17/06/2018 - one glass no headache; 18/06/2018 - 2 glasses no headache
