Full bodied Pinot, acidic but drinkable, lots of tannins, therefore great with goat cheese and strawberries with whiskey smoked duck breast (what we had it with and it was yummy). Pepper notes, very French style. Maybe strawberry and plum notes.

Lovely sweet aroma. Could use a few more year in storage to develop depth. Lacks layers in flavor but overall a lovely drink.
