Unexpectedly delicious! Interesting blend of Syrah and Nero d’Avola and made in a appassimento style. (Interesting for a Sicilian wine.). Soft red berry fruit aromas with a touch of sweet spices. Layers of concentrated fresh and dried fruit flavors with some funky notes. Touch of smoke on the extremely long finish. Gets more pruney the more air it gets. Love this concept.
