An acceptable Barbaresco. I was expecting more from the 2013 vintage. Very savoury with cherry notes and a little vegetal. Needs food and it works much better.

Light rusty red color; nose of plums, small red cherries and distinct aromas of tire-rubber-factory, violets, herbs, and minerality; fairly high acids and alloverthemouth tannins, lower alcohol, some fruits (but not enough) and a disjointed tannin-dominated finish. Elegant, structured but not the best quality.
