9/2023. Nice full body cab. Full of flavor and nice on the palate. Paired well with the boneless short rib at Mr. Friendly’s.

Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of kirsch, black olives, dark chocolate, baking spices and roasted peppers. Long and lingering finish (nice kiss of oak) and well balanced acidity. Ripe and full bodied but also pleasantly refined. Thanks for sharing, Bob W.

A Tannin Bomb
