Wild mushrooms and strawberries with an Unami note

With initial aromas of dark cherry, eucalyptus / menthol, and dried rose, there was a slight animal tone as well. With air the primal tone subdued, giving way to all of the aforementioned, in a more focused tension, along with a strong savory component. Concentrated!

Moores. 2011. $32 wouldn't expect any less from this family of grape growing geniuses.
