Pale yellow, excellent clarity, some bubbles on glass after initial pour. Grapefruit and lemon flavor, slightly tart finish, mineral aftertaste.

Strong nose of gooseberry, grapefruits, green apples, light notes of tropical fruits ( lychee and pineapples), white pepper, minerals, spices, herbs and grass.
Light to medium in body, crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, minerals, limes, light vegetables and white pepper.
Nice length on the finish with tangy limes and no bitterness.
This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is very pleasurable by itself as a sipping wine. Well balanced with mild complexity.
Good food wine too, or even for parties. In the last few years I grew to love that cat pee nose that is associated with most Marlboro Sauvignon Blancs.
Better after 15 minutes and properly chilled.
