Nero d'Avola

I haven’t had a glass of wine in several days due to over indulging on Cinco de Mayo so I chose something that I’ve had before that I knew would be smooth, fruity and gentle with me! Full bodied, beautiful ruby red in color and full of cranberry and vanilla with a bit of earthiness.

Nice inexpensive Nero d'Avola. Smells like anise, dark plum, and blackberry. Tastes like raisins, oregano, prunes, with balanced acid and mild tannin. Good Wednesday night wine!

Full body with just a hint of a sweet undertone. Rich and delicious for day drinking
