Puglia IGT Primitivo

Tastes like Zin and Merlot blended.

Needs some age. After the third day, it now has perfect bottle nose. Smells of olives. Perfectly balanced. Like primitivo should taste like.

Bright fruit, low tannins. Don't confuse this w/ jammy Zin.

(*) a simple, fruity bomb of cherries and black plum. Ain't nuthin fancy, but a great glugger with Italian at Big Bob's

Real nice stuff. Low tannin, respectable acidity, smooth drinker. Not much Zin in this Primitivo but I'm digging it
