Carbonic bubble gum flavors are salient characteristics, but it still has a minty whole bunch interesting edge. I assume it will improve with subsequent vintages. @Delectable this is the gamay.

Have a 2019 gamay noir which is different from the nouveau I believe. Carbonic, cloudy with a bit of funk.

The new carbonic bottling. Starts with some CO2 then develops into heirloom tomato, twizzler, mixed with a mushroom on pizza quality. Idk it’s ok and very carbonic at first but not very as it develops. I know that doesn’t make sense but life is a trip

Incorrect tag. This is the new carbonic gamay. I think the first bottling? If so, it’s nicely done but lacking complexity. Easy drinker. Love presquile will continue to support!
