So why am I drinking this? Zero expectations but here we go...

This wine claims that “every one has a little good and bad in them.” I’ll add some have more of each than the other and this wine has more of the bad.

Dark and inky, looks thick, not sludgy but viscous. Cocoa and mocha nose. Deep dark fruit, mostly overripe blackberry. Little depth. No lingering finish. Quite boring and industrial.

Thanks for the cool label I guess.

Very drinkable. Very smooth with great depth. Notes of mocha, cocoa, and black pepper at the finish. I note that several of the professionals and others trash this wine but they miss the point of this wine: it is meant to be fun and poured among diverse friends and food. -- 2017 vintage

My first wine from Washington. Very oaky and dry. Fruits are barely palpable. But there's a dark chocolate, vanilla and smoke. Nice start.

Bought at Dolce in Westmont. Nice taste. Goes well with an excellent pasta or hornet flatbread.

Medium purple. Aromas of ... Vanilla?! Trying to hide something? Eh, better that boxed wine. $8 buck bottle.
