Excellent deep brooding Shiraz. Perfect for drinking alone and contemplating the meaning of existence. Cranberry, raisin, plum, dried cherry flavors. This wine needs to be opened a long time before consuming: when first opened it is unbalanced and harsh in the finish, but the pH rises with air and the tannins smooth out elegantly.
