Medium-dark ruby hue. High saturation. Aromas of blackberry, oak, plum, raspberry, strawberry, and tobacco. Medium body, medium tannins, and medium-plus acidity. Smooth, velvety palate, with an easy, quick finish. Not complex, but highly quaffable stuff. Bonus for QPR value.

Lot to ingest on that label. Smells of weathered wood in the sun and sweat? Or maybe hot sandstone in the rain? Streak of smashed berries and cherries too. Flavor is pure Cab. Leather, wood, brooding fruit, tomato leaves, and cassis. This is lovely stuff. Makes the grade and then some.
