Not bad for a cheap port, TJs 8 bucks. A bit boozy on the smell and taste. Decent fruit and overall nice flavor. Not overly sweet or viscous which is important for me. Nothing wrong with this, will buy again.

Oct 12th, 2016Boozy nose with little sweetness. Lightly sweet on the palate. Notes of plum & raisin with a lightly hot finish. Light bodied and not syrupy.

First taste of port wine and wow...did not expect it to be like this...almost like drinking whiskey mixed with wine...very sweet but strong. Goes well with dessert...

My first port. Hoping the more expensive ones I have in my cellar are better. Was effective in getting me drunk, which I appreciate.
