Aged very well. Rich fruit but with a shroud of macerated pepper, dense fruit but still an old world minerality. Very very good.

Rich dark fruit, packed with tartrates and a great dusty mineral kick from the Cote-Rotie style terraced rows. Thank god for planting before the county got all treehugger.
