May 26th, 2022Continues to be a great rosé from the Okanagan with flavours of unripe strawberries, cherry koolaide, and some minerality on the finish. The nose is subtle, orange blossom and crushed gravel. Paired with sage-stuffed chicken thighs with artichokes and red onions in a garlic and white wine sauce.
