20 % fermented in French oak barrels and the remainder fermented in stainless steel.
Bright, shiny straw gold in colour.
Ripe Golden apples and vanilla on the nose.
White honey, butterscotch apples and lemon curd on the finish.
Not much acidity happening in this wine.
Fresh scallops or Dungeness crab linguine with a cream sauce would be lovely with this wine.

A very soft nose, soft oak. An easy drinking Chardonnay, would be a crowd pleaser. This wine will develop as you enjoy it. Honey, vanilla, spice, and creme caramel underline this wine.
