Jul 2nd, 2015A fantastic Canadian rosé made from a Syrah and Malbec blend. Salmon coloured with aromas of perfumed hibiscus and cranberry. Bright and crisp acidity, dry on the approach with flavours of strawberry, watermelon and apricot. Clean, slightly tart finish that paired wonderfully with grilled salmon brushed with arugula pesto.
