Prickly unripened pineapple, medium acidity. Lots of unripened fruit with little hints of citrus pith. Great with fish, on it's own or as an alternative to Pinot Grigio

Pale gold. melon and floral nose, slight sulfury earthy funk. Low medium acid, melon pear attack with minerally steely mid pal. med body. hint citric on fin. nice, straightforward and clean.

Pale yellow, fragrant honey and spice on the nose, mid bodied palate with aromas of orange flower and vanilla with tart citric front and back end. Nice easy warm-up!
