I like this. Much more complex than your typical NZ SB. Not grassy and acidic. More diverse fruits. Lemon-lime. Slight hints of apple and grapefruit.

Light and refreshing with notes of honeycrisp apples. Has worked well paired with different food and enjoy alone as well.
