Vibrant and delicious. Pear and gooseberries. Good texture as is so important with Champagne. I prefer this to the usual Pol Roger. Suffice to say, being English expat I do rather enjoy Pol Roger for its British connection. Makes me feel a little like being home again.

White, peach color. Fruity aroma with pear, peach, tropical fruits . High acidity. But a bit sweet. A bit different direction from normal one. Not just simply acidic. @1430/G(13000), F Enoteca, 230909

Nose of apples, steely sherry.
Soft bubbles that dissolve, steely acidity followed by dry crumbled biscuit notes. Savory aftertaste. Fairly straight forward without much nuances, but would be good paired with food.
