Tasted double blind. Toasty, seaweed, long, chalky finish. One of my top wines.

NV purchased c. 2004 and left in cellar for 12+ years. Mellowed significantly over the years and had limited bubbles. Dry with light fruitiness, nice chalky finish.

Affordable champagne from a "grower" in the champagne region. Growers sell grapes to the big Champagne houses and are now making their own champagne specialty batches. Wines from this region have high acidity.
