Very handsome deep yellow color, with nice brilliancy. The bubbles basically do not last at all. Pretty simple nose of golden apple and ever so slightly egg shell. Mouthfeel is also simple, unsophisticated and fresh, fairly full bodied, showing nice sea shell minerality, fresh pie crust and sour apple flavor and acidity. Quaffable, fresh, almost non-alcoholic sensation, and pleasant medium finish. 79 pts.
