True to type Super Tuscan. Cab S dominated also in the nose. Nice savory notes. Tannins not completely integrated so will try next bottle in 6 months.

Wood from the lovely kind (ceder) milk chocolate, black cherries, tobacco. Fantastic nose! In the mouth so wel balanced. Nice fresh acids, good bitters and some sweets from the fruit.

Its 2005 week here so again a wine from that for us special year. Had this 2005 vintage before and it has the same characteristics as last time. Showing a bit of age with a watery edge. Great nose! Forrest, black fruit, cinnamon, hints of mushroom and meat. Silky mouth with some acids that give a nice kick.

Decanted and was surprisingly fruit forward with relatively subdued tannins. Notes of plum, licorice, and black cherry. I enjoyed with a plate of sausage and peppers with penne, but could certainly be drunk on its own. Very nice!

Nice purple red transparant. Showing some age at the edge. Great nose with fruit, balsamic tones, cherries, wood. In the mouth smooth well balanced nice acids. During the night it became lush, milk chocolate, strawberries, silky!!

Not decanted so at first there was a very meaty and mushroom kind of nose. After an hour that dissapeared and leather, tobacco and some black fruit came in. In the mouth it was already very well balanced and you could taste the warmth and depth for minutes. 9
The second day these tertiaire perfumes are only far away what is there however is a great nose with leather, figues, cedar and black currant. Spicy in the mouth with enough acids and bitters. Fantastic wine! 9.4

2005 vintage on 27.10.17. Did not decant it. A lot of boiled meat and mushrooms in the nose. Secondary notes of wood, leather, dades. In the mouth vanilla, fruits like raspberries. Long finish.
