Toscana IGT 2010, pure Cabernet Franc, 14.5%.This wine is still too young, it lacks a little intensity to the nose, however it has all the characteristics to be great in few years. Intense tannins, good use of wood barriques. Will try again.

What a joy this wine! Dark cherry with great acidity, plenty of weight, lovely with a plate of calamari and eggplant pasta.
