Very clear and pale in color that flows out into a beautiful golden rim. An intense burst of lemon zest and subtle crisp Granny Smith apples. Very tart and vibrant. My mouth is watering for more of this wine with its higher acidity. I thought this wine was absolutely delicious!

My first white wine after started paying more attention to tasting and sensory analysis...
This wine was perfect for a dinner for two. Easy to drink (it wasn't that "hard" to drink the whole bottle).
The color is a light yellow and very clear (against the light, it looked like water).
Regarding the aromatic and flavors, I was able to smell some pear and tasted a clear notes of tropical fruits (to be specific, i could identify some "carambolas" - star fruit), but in the right amount. I suppose this flavor came from the chardonnay side.
It's a medium acidity wine with an elegant body and a long finish. I loved the balance this wine offered.
Got this bottle from Grand Cru Vinhos' Club (Brazil).
